Senior Experienced Bankers. No junior bankers. Every PCG accepted deal has senior bankers managing the transaction. Unlike a typical investment bank that has fresh out of college kids running the deals, with varying oversight pending on the deal, team PCG has only senior bankers targeting their efforts to complete a successful transaction that achieves the shareholders' goals and objectives.
Comprehensive Customer Care. One of our senior bankers is almost always available to speak with you and you will have our personal cell phone numbers to call as needed, including evenings and weekends.
Board/ Executive Level Experience. Each deal chosen is also looked upon from what additional value might a senior member(s) provide to the client. This has involved, for example, bringing in over 3 million dollars in legal business to a client law firm where we were charged with purchasing law firms and other types of organizations and assets domestically and globally. Or in another deal we put together a grant department and wrote hundreds of grants from state and federal agencies growing the revenue of one particular client by tens of millions of dollars. Or getting involved as a consultant with the company and helping them in all aspects of the business to maximize shareholder value and success.
Institutional Sources Only. PCG bankers do not work with retail high-net worth accredited investors. Instead, PCG only works with financial institutions and strategic buyers with an interest in the client's industry. The benefit is that professionals are dealing with professionals and the client does not run the risks associated with having a capitalization table consisting of many retail investors who add little or no strategic value and often have little patience.
